Forms for Terrain Park events can be downloaded here before you come to the mountain for easy submission. Just click the links below! A .pdf reader is required to view these forms.
Just remember that you need to have a parent or guardian sign the forms if you are a minor! Forms can also be faxed to Catamount's Main Office at 518-325-3155.
You MUST fill out and sign a Terrain Park release form for each competition
you enter.
