We know this isn't the news anyone wanted—least of all us. Like you, we're frustrated by the situation, but we're committed to doing this the right way.
At this time, we are still awaiting a repair plan from the lift manufacturer. What we do know is that the repair will require a large crane at the summit. Unfortunately, current snow levels make it impossible to bring a crane into position, and any work on the lift would require closing trails for safety reasons. Given these challenges, repairs cannot begin until after the ski season when conditions allow access.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we'll continue to provide updates as we learn more. Thank you for sticking with us—we're looking forward to getting Chair 1 back up and running as soon as possible.
