Private Learning

For a guest centered & personal experience - Private lessons are the way to go. Whether it’s your first time on skis or a snowboard, or you are someone with a specific goal, we will give you a tailored and FUN experience that is all about you this winter. A very popular option here at Catamount, our Snow Sports instructors are the reason skiers and riders alike keep coming back for more.

  • Private lessons are available for anyone ages 3 and up.

  • Private lessons are available as one-on-one or as a semi-private small group of your choice. We understand that plans can change. You may email us up to 48 hours prior to the start of the reservation to reschedule. No refunds will be issued.

All unused products will expire at the close of the 2025/2026 season.

Due to the demand for Season Long Programs, Mountain Cats and Snow Sports Lessons we have a No Refund Policy. We will happily transfer your booking if you contact us a minimum of 48 hours prior to the lesson date, based on availability. All lessons must be used by the end of the 2025-2026 winter season. On-line lift tickets purchases are date-specific and nonrefundable. Tickets unable to be used on the designated day of issuance at purchase may be used on another day during the 25/26 winter season. Guests will be responsible for any difference in the ticket price for rescheduled days and a $20 change fee will be applied to each ticket (or once to move an entire online order in need of a change). Rescheduling of day tickets must take place before the close of business the day prior to the originally purchased day of use by calling 413-528-1262. All unused winter 25/26 Lift Tickets, Snow Sports Lessons, Mountain Cats, and Season Long Programs expire at the end of the 25/26 winter season. All products including rentals are non-refundable.
